Kelp Boost: Organic Liquid Ferment for Thriving Plants

Give your plants a natural advantage with Kelp Boost-an organic liquid ferment crafted from premium kelp meal and rich molasses. This powerhouse blend delivers over 70 essential vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients from kelp, supporting vigorous growth, stronger roots, and enhanced yields. Kelp naturally provides plant growth hormones like auxins and cytokinins, which stimulate root development, improve stress resistance, and boost immunity against pests and diseases.

Molasses in Kelp Boost feeds beneficial soil microbes, enriching soil health and helping plants absorb nutrients more efficiently, while also increasing their strength and resilience to pests. The result: healthier, more robust plants with improved vitality and natural protection-all from a sustainable, organic source. Experience the difference with Kelp Boost and watch your garden thrive!

When to Use Kelp Boost

  • Seedling/Transplant Stage: Apply a diluted solution at transplant to reduce shock and encourage rapid root establishment.
  • Vegetative Growth: Use regularly to promote vigorous foliage and strong stems.
  • Pre-Flowering and Early Bloom: Apply just before and as flowering begins to support bud initiation and boost future yields.
  • Flowering/Budding: Continue use through early and mid-flowering to enhance bud development and resin production.
  • Stress Recovery: Use after heat, drought, or pest stress to help plants recover and build resilience.

How Much to Use

Soil Drench (Root Feed)

  • Mix 7.5 to 13 mL of Kelp Boost syrup per gallon of water (roughly 1.5 to 2.6 teaspoons per gallon).
  • Apply every 10–14 days during active growth.
  • Water the base of each plant with the diluted solution.

Foliar Spray

  • Mix 19 mL of Kelp Boost syrup per gallon of water (about 4 teaspoons per gallon).
  • Spray leaves once per week.
  • Spray in early morning or late afternoon when stomata are open and to avoid leaf burn.
  • Lightly mist both sides of the leaves; avoid spraying during direct sunlight.

Rooting/Transplanting (Young Plants/Clones)

  • Mix 2 to 4 mL of Kelp Boost syrup per gallon of water (about 0.4 to 0.8 teaspoons per gallon).
  • Apply once at transplant or when rooting clones.
  • Water around the root zone to help with root establishment.

For Autoflowering Cannabis Strains

  • Reduce the dose by up to 75% to avoid nutrient burn:
    • Soil drench: 1.9 to 3.3 mL per gallon (0.4 to 0.7 teaspoons)
    • Foliar spray: about 4.7 mL per gallon (1 teaspoon)
    • Rooting/transplant: 0.5 to 1 mL per gallon (0.1 to 0.2 teaspoons)

Mix fresh before use, use dechlorinated water if possible, and store unused syrup in a cool, dark place.

Warning: Using molasses in a Deep Water Culture (DWC) or a hydro system is generally not recommended. While molasses is beneficial in soil grows because it feeds beneficial microbes, in a DWC or other hydroponic setups, it can cause significant problems!
