Horsetail Mineral Support

Tailwind Tonic is a concentrated horsetail (Equisetum arvense) ferment enriched with brown sugar. It is designed as a botanical support input for growers seeking stronger plant structure and a more resilient soil ecosystem.

Horsetail is known for its silica content. In plant systems, silica is associated with structural support and may contribute to stronger cell walls and improved tolerance of environmental stress.

The brown sugar ferment provides carbohydrate support for soil microbes. Used as part of a balanced biological program, this can complement nutrient cycling and root-zone activity.

Concentration & Safety Notes

A 1:1 sugar-to-horsetail ferment is considerably more concentrated than a typical herbal tea or lighter ferment. Higher dilution is necessary to reduce the chance of phytotoxicity. Always test new batches on one branch or a small group of plants and wait 24–48 hours before broad application.
